1-41st and 2nd couples set and link, 2nd lady and 1st man remaining facing out.
5-8 2nd, 1st, and 3rd couples dance a parallel half reel of 3 on the sides, beginning by passing left shoulder with 3rd couple. 1st couple end facing their own second-corner positions, having passed left shoulders in the middle.
9-161st couple dance half diagonal reels of 4 with 1st corners, who are in second-corner positions. 1st couple pass left shoulders in the middle and face first-corner positions. 1st couple dance half diagonal reels of 4 with second corners, who are in first-corner positions. 1st couple complete the half reel ending left shoulder to left shoulder in the middle facing their own sides.
17-20 2nd and 3rd couples dance petronella, set, petronella, set while 1st couple dance through second place on their own sides, cast right, 1st man dances between 2nd couple as they set while 1st lady dances between 3rd couple as they set, then continue dancing to opposite sides in second place.
21-241st couple turn 1 1/2 times with two hands to own sides.
25-28Circle 6 hands once round.
29-32 2nd, 1st, and 3rd couples set advancing, passing left shoulders then pulling back right shoulders to face each other at the end of bar 30, turn halfway with two hands to own sides.
Repeat having passed a couple.
